狀態和各方面是都不怎麽好😅
但每個人都會有低潮的時候,
我只是選擇「安靜」
善待你遇到的每個人,
因為他們正經歷著許多你不知道的事。
When your mental health isn’t in the best state give yourself a break,
it’s ok to struggle.
Know that bad times are temporary.
We all have tough days
We all have tough times
Everyone is fighting a battle that no one knows about. So be kind.
This too shall pass.
